One of Nollywood greatest actress and Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR), Genevieve Nnaji is shortlisted among 15 persons to be honoured at the upcoming Accra International Film Festival (AIFF).
Reports by Ghana’s entertainment newspaper Graphic Showbiz reveals that the event will also be honouring 13 other actors and actresses from Nigeria, Ghana, Burkina Faso and the United States, whose names are yet to be released.
The movie event is set to hold in Ghana from Tuesday June 25, 2013 to Sunday June 30, 2013. American film director, producer and actor, Bill Duke will also be present at the festival as a special guest.
