Kristen Stewart suffers a wardrobe malfunction at the Hollywood Film Awards as her top slips while presenting an award

It seemed an awkward encounter was in the cards for former Hollywood 'it' couple Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson on Friday night at the Palladium.
Both were attending the 18th Annual Hollywood Film Awards, but they managed to avoid a run in when Robert skipped out on the carpet.
Unfortunately, Kristen still had her awkward moment, as she suffered a wardrobe malfunction while onstage during the ceremony.

The 24-year-old was wearing a strapless white Chanel dress with a flared skirt, teamed with an elaborate grey turtle-neck top.
She suffered a bit of a wardrobe malfunction during the awards, as her chic dress slipped down, leaving the star exposed for a few moments.
The incident occurred when Kristen took the stage to present Julianne Moore with the Hollywood Actress Award for her role in Still Alice.

Awkward? While Kristen Stewart didn't end up running into ex Robert Pattinson at the 18th Annual Hollywood Film Awards at the Hollywood Palladium on Friday, she did suffer a wardrobe malfunction

Earlier in the night the actress took to the red carpet confidently, strutting her stuff in grey pointed-toe pumps, with her hair elegantly slicked back.
She sported a sultry smoky eye, and wore simple accessories, like a small silver ring on her left hand.
The Adventureland actress also appeared to have a new tattoo on the back of her right arm - seemingly the initials R and I.

At dinner, Kristen sat next to her Still Alice co-star Julianne Moore, who she later presented the Hollywood Actress award to.
Julianne began her speech by thanking the actress, along with her own sweet message.
She said that Kristen was 'the same special and wonderful person she was when she was twelve years old.'
The brunette beauty also watched her ex present the Hollywood Director Award to Morten Tyldum for the Imitation Game Friday night.
According to a source, she was excited about the prospect of bumping into the Harry Potter hunk again.
‘Kristen is well aware that Rob will be there tonight at the Hollywood Awards and she’s actually really excited to see him, and a bit nervous of course,’ the insider told Hollywoodlife.
‘She’s not sure how he feels about seeing her, but she hopes their paths will cross and they can spend some time together.
