Presidency Slams Sahara Reporters' April Fool Prank On Buhari's Health

Earlier today, SaharaReporters posted a number of tweets that claimed that President Buhari broke down in the United States and was rushed to a hospital.The news outlet went on to declared Governor Ayo Fayose as the interim president of Nigeria.

Although it was meant to be an "April Fool" prank; in swift reaction, Personal Assistant to President Buhari on New Media, Bashir Ahmad and the Digital Strategy and Engagement Unit in Buhari's office slammed that prank as ridiculous, adding that President Buhari was in good health.

" Its senseless and tasteless", he tweeted.
