Hot pink
nails, glamorous blowouts, Spanx, and hairless legs are only a few of
the changes that have people talking about Bruce Jenner's changing
appearance.
The
former Olympian has previously been alleged to be seeking gender
reassignment treatment with a preference to be named 'Brigitte,' and now
a new report claims his 'goal is to be a woman'.
Us Weekly recently published a cover story claiming the 65-year-old is finally free to be himself following his split from Kris Jenner.
A source
told the publication Bruce's 'goal is to live as a woman and look as
much like one' and further claimed he has been 'struggling for a long
time with his feelings about being a woman inside'.
The
allegation comes after a series of sightings in which the former
decathlete appears to be making a transition in his physical appearance.
On his birthday last month Bruce was spotted stealing a solo smoke as he wore bright pink nail polish.
In September he was seen wearing what appeared to be Spanx, a brand of control pants favoured by his step-daughters.
That same month he was also pictured with suspiciously smooth legs, which appeared to have been freshly waxed or shaved.
All
of this comes after the star underwent surgery to flatten his Adam's
apple, a procedure often undertaken by people seeking gender
reassignment.

Amid
these changes various speculations have emerged to explain his changing
appearance with some believing he is simply trying to recapture his
youth with various cosmetic adjustments.
The most popular opinion is the allegation of sexual reassignment and Us Weekly's report furthers that speculation.
One
family insider told the publication that media coverage of his
appearance 'crushes him' but that he plans on unveiling his gender
identification in a format of his choosing.
The source claims 'he wants to address his changing look' in an in-depth discussion with something like 'an Oprah interview'.
However, the insider claims Bruce is not seeking a full reassignment surgery but alleges he is taking estrogen.
Regarding
his many children and stepchildren and their reaction to his appearance
the source told Us Weekly 'they are trying to be respectful'.
Kim the
publication alleges 'thought he had a Michael Jackson complex' with a
penchant for dress up but may now be changing her mind on the matter.
Whereas
Khloe, the confidant claims, 'speaks to him and is sympathetic'. While
Kendall and Kylie, the insider says, 'are so in love with their dad that
whatever he is doing is fine with them'.
Although,
Kylie the source claims is 'hyper defensive' when it comes to her
father and begged him during Kimye's wedding not to address the rumours
surrounding his appearance.
Meanwhile,
in an exclusive interview with MailOnline Bruce's mother Esther Jenner
said she has confronted her son about the media coverage: 'I love him,
no matter what. There's such raunchy publicity all the time. I don't
know. I've brought this up to him on the phone when we've talked and he
says "mum you can't believe this stuff", he said you can't pay any
attention to this stuff and I said "well I want to tell you one thing
Bruce, I don't care if what they're putting out is true or false, it's
not going to change my love for you", and it's true that's exactly how I
feel, but I don't like it.'
Split: Bruce and Kris announced they were seeking a divorce in October 2013
Bruce
turned 65 last week and was photographed wearing pink nail varnish,
asked what she thought, Esther again chuckles: 'I never heard of that, I
never heard that, so I don't know what to think.'
She
does have a frank opinion on his long mane of hair though, she laughs:
'I hate his hair, I tell him it's ugly. That it's ridiculous.
'I
told him on the phone the other day, we were talking about it and I
said "you know Bruce, you just turned 65 and you're wearing you're hair
like you're a teenage rebel". He laughed, just cracked up, he doesn't
pay any attention to me. He's always been single-minded and
independent.'
She
added Bruce has become immune to the negative press he has received:
'He just shrugs it off, tries not to think about it. As long as he can
get out there on the golf course every day or so, as long as he can
drive race cars.'
Asked
if Bruce has ever been self-conscious about his appearance, she could
only recall him worrying about his nose as youngster.
She said: 'He never liked his nose, but there's nothing wrong with his nose. He said it was like a Bob Hope ski jump nose.
'He was good looking but he never acted like he knew it.'
