It is fair
to suggest that Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie wouldn't have their
current success without the help of their much more famous sister.
So perhaps Kim Kardashian thinks they all owe her one.
That
seemed to be the case when Kim planned her daughter North's first
birthday party in June this year at Kourtney's house, and didn't bother
to ask her permission.
In an
upcoming preview of Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons, Kourtney is
seen getting enraged when she finds out about the bash, by receiving an
invitation via e-mail.
'I
cannot believe that Kim would have the nerve to throw North's birthday
party at my house and think that I wouldn't find out about it,' a
genuinely perturbed sounding Kourtney off loads to Khloe.
She
added: 'I guarantee you that Kim has no idea that this e-vite was sent
to me. But I am sure that they sent it to me on accident'.
It seems
what annoyed Kourtney was that she hadn't even entertained guests at her
house in the last two years, as had been waiting to spruce the place up
and finish off her backyard.
'It's like she's beaten me to it,' Kourtney added. 'It's rude'.
Another
clip reveals a showdown between the pair, as Kourtney arrives at her
house to find Kim in her garden setting up tepees and a giant Ferris
wheel for the tot's birthday soiree.
A vaguely
surprised Kim says to Kourtney upon her arrival, 'What are you doing
here?' to which she replies, 'What are you doing here? This is my
house.'
'What is that thing on my grass that is going to probably ruin my backyard?' she adds.
Kim
answered her, 'Kourtney, I will get you new grass, you are re-doing the
landscaping anyway. By the time you get back from the Hamptons you
wouldn't even know we were here.
'But how would you think to have a party here, when I told you, you cannot,' Kourtney fumes back.
Drama! Kourtney arrives at her house in a less than good mood when she finds Kim planning a party
Kim is then
interviewed about the incident on camera, where she says: 'Is this
really happening right now? I would think Kourtney would have a heart
and let me throw my daughter's first birthday party at her house. I just
don't see what the big deal is.'
Back
to the drama in the garden, Kourtney then quite rightfully points out:
'The fact that you think it's okay though, to have a party at my house
and that I wouldn't know, you don't have the respect for your older
sister that you should.'
Kourtney
later added: 'I cannot believe that Kim would have the nerve to throw
North's birthday party at my house and think that I wouldn't find out
about it.'
